Friendly staff. Available all usual supermarket items to buy here, including bakery items.
girl with the purple hair and flower clip needs to work on her customer service skills. yelled out ‘aye’ to address me and then gave me a bunch of condescending attitude. if you guys are open until 10pm, dont yell at customers coming in and leaving 9:57? security guard had more respect and customer service skills than this girl at front register maybe she should learn from him 😊
I still preferer woollies and wish we had it instead of this. Customer service is not up to standard. looks like there are a lot of staff running around, however, you still see queues in check-outs. Self service is good but what is the point if you have to get an old staff who loses the plot in managing what little responsibility they have. Hope there is a manager somewhere watching the cameras and making good process and training decisions.
Do shopping later at night as I don’t finish til 7, yet theres never any staff on the registers and I have to ask to be checked out as I’m not doing a weeks worth of shopping through an old people iq tester machine.
This week I’d asked a girl to open a checkout and she had the foulest attitude about I’ve seen on a person the whole checkout process. She was slamming things, chucking items in whatever bags(meat/veg together most importantly) and by chucking I mean forcefully throwing items into my bags, just plain rude along with that. It was quite the scene for a checkout chick to make, maybe don’t work at Cole’s if working a register causes so much dismay, and Cole’s needs to stop forcing paying customers to checkout huge shops through self serve checkout.
Not to mention along with the price gouging, staff being replaced by machines, millions on new security face trackers and still report a multi billion dollar profit. Disgrace and shame on you.
The staff are very laid back and helpful, it is very handy for the local community, very spacious carpark, but what I love most is the layout. A lot of big brand stores tend to try make all their stores have the same layout - the idea is that it helps patrons know where things are because no matter which store you go to, it'll be the same layout. I personally don't like that way of thinking as it boring and monotonous. Why would I go anywhere else if they all exactly the same? From a sales background, making it different invites customers to shop around more and spend more time in the store. That is why shopping trolleys are designed to wobble and not fixed, is it not? Anyway, as the saying goes "a little change can go a long way".
Worst customer service ever! I’ve been shopping with Coles all the time, but this Cole I would never come back again. The lady at the reception is very rude and not helpful! When we ask her for help she acted impolite and impatient. Disappointed at Coles now, heading to wws from now on!
Came here this morning to do my grocery shopping for the week and was pretty disappointed to find the bakery section was very unorganised and didn’t really have anything ready, no bread, donuts or biscuits.
Don’t really know what’s happened there but hopefully they can sort it out. Elder up going elsewhere to finish my shopping off.
Plenty parking just lock your car. Shady crowd
Was there doing door dash work, lots of great shops, and lots of parking.
